We offer our customers twenty-four-hour emergency service, with immediate deployment of vehicles and trained personnel to repair remedial water damage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Testing and moisture mapping affected areas. We do this with moisture probe instruments and in some cases with an infrared camera.
- We extract loose or standing water.
- When carpet and pad are involved, we pull up the carpet and remove damaged pad when necessary. Factors that are evident upon evaluation determine whether the carpet and other furnishings that may have been affected are salvageable.
- We deodorize and treat odors, using anti-microbial products and fungicides when necessary.
- We rent and install drying equipment for carpet, furnishings, walls. and ceilings. This equipment includes vortex and axial fans as well as dehumidification equipment. We vent walls and ceilings if necessary.
- We conduct a Psychrometry study. This is the science of relative humidity and temperature readings, by instruments, to insure the dry down of the home or office to safe levels for human rehabitation.
- We consult with clients on managing the crisis created by the water damage.
