the title of Master Rug Cleaner in 2007.
On March 34, 2007, Oriental Rug Cleaning, of Dallas, Texas, through its training and testing program, attests that Tom Monahan has completed the training course and demonstrated through examination and experience, the ability to inspect and clean Oriental and specialty rugs and is the first in Michigan to receive this prestigious certification.
This is in addition to his I.I.C.R.C. certifications that include Master Cleaner status #127.
